Features
Void Firmament expands upon the existing magic system in survival minecraft, with out making the existing system of potions and enchanting redundant. This is achieved by making an ancient tome of an unknown language a rare loot in ancient cities and end cities. The tome and it's spells are designed to be both lore-friendly and balanced.
- Amethyst Shards can now be infused with levels through the tome to Soul Gems, and are used to cast various powerful and not so powerful spells; all with sound and particle effects.
- Bottles can also be infused to Bottles o' Enchanting, with higher yields the more is infused.
- Infuse Gold Ingots to create Totems of Undying and Totems of Rebirth (returns player to spawnpoint).
- Transmute items in the tome with Lapis Lazuli, which retains it's role as a magic focus item.
- New items are added through "Tranfiguring", which gives various powerful effects upon use.
- A new pocket dimension, Void, is added through the tome. One block equals 64 in the overworld. Warping between Lodestones.

- Medium Amethyst bud - 20 blocks
- Large Amethyst bud - 30 blocks
- Amethyst cluster - 40 blocks
- Chiseled stone bricks - 64 blocks
Eternal Soul Lantern
Gives nightvision when held in off-hand
Cursed Skull
Boosts your speed by 50%, but gives you glow and invisibility when worn.
How to Use the Tome
- Infuse amethyst shards in your offhand to soul gems through the book.
- Hold Soul Gems in your offhand while using the tome to cast spells.
- Lodestone warping requires soul gems in the offhand, and the compass in the mainhand. The tome must be on a lectern to be used with both hands occupied, and the warping requires you to stand on a lodestone.
- Transfiguring requires Lapis Lazuli in the offhand, and the object of transfigurement in the mainhand. The tome must be on a lectern to be used with both hands occupied.
