+ Changed the OEItems imports slightly

+ Added @SideOnly(Side.CLIENT) to all Particle classes
- Removed PotionEffectEvents, moved into PotionBase
- Removed the Pickled and Drowned Models, now we just use the Zombie Model
+ Pickled uses a new model adding the additions atop the vanilla zombie
