General datapack changes

• fixed broken load.json
• removed testing functions that served no purpose

Enchantment changes

• ice aspect:
  • nerfed by reducing freezing duration to 3 seconds
  • fixed a bug which caused freezing to be stacked
• stride:
  • fixed the enchantment not working
• scorch walker:
  • using the enchantment now damages your boots a little
• curse of displacement:
  • fixed a bug which caused enemy to be teleported to the surface when in a cave
• curse of clumsiness:
  • fixed a bug which caused dropped item to be picked up instantly
