No Seeds Spam

Wheat seeds only drop when breaking grass with a hoe. Applies to short grass, tall grass, ferns, and large ferns, which all drop seeds.

Why you should want this:

• Less inventory clutter, easier to clear large areas
• Less lag from item entities
• Adds a player choice (engaging)
• Good game design
