Trial Towers

This datapack adds a structure called the Trial Tower.

Trial towers will spawn directly on top of Trial chambers to show their location from the surface. They are a way to find trial chambers simply by exploring the surface, instead of blindly mining or relying on villager trading to find it reliably.
