-Fix top texture rotation

• Add permanent path : When you step a number of times on path at state 5 it will become permanent You can disable this feature in mod settings.

Sheeps can eat path from state 1 to 3, and lawn block never transform into dirt block even after being eaten.

• Path block can now be transform into farmland at any state

• When you walk on a state 5 path block it will keep it longer at this state
