Rebalanced the coal to appropriatly equal the amount of burn time put in. (example: 1 alchemical coal now equals 8 coal in burn time instead of 2)

I messed up the recipes, so they have now been fixed. sorry for not noticing for so long.
Only thing I did was change the version to make it compatible with other mods I like. Enjoy
