HOW IT WORKS:

You can now regenerate health in 3 ways:

• You naturally regenerate half a heart every 2 seconds if you don't take damage
  
• You can use the Health Flask to regenerate some hearts based on the world difficulty
  
• Killing a mob has a chance (bigger or smaller based on world difficulty) to regenerate an amount of health based on the difficulty.
