Stairs But Chairs

- Added Chairs.

Chairs are crafted by making an L shape with any plank block, or for Bamboo Chairs, an L of Bamboo + 1 String. They can be sat in by right-clicking on them, and you can right-click them with leaded mobs to make them sit in chairs as well. Right-clicking a Chair that a mob is sitting in will make it dismount the Chair.

This has built-in tag compatibility with blocks from Another Furniture.
