Fixed a lot of bugs, added new accessory items, added ring casting slot and more infra for 1.0 release.
The first Alpha Build of Arcanus, has little functionality added but still not fully done, more is still to come.

- All Static curios items added.
- a base card has been added but it still does not add attributes correctly.
- Mana Poisoned a new effect that stops you from being able to cast magic
- Temporary measure to stop casting of "the fool" while i figure some kinks out.
