TAIGA 2 (Tinkers alloying addon port)

It's 1:30 AM at the time of uploading and I'd completely forgotten that modrinth even exists and I am too lazy to type out the changes, but just know that the update fixes literally everything, the mod is now officially playable :D

Fixed :

• Tool colors
• Part recipes (melting/casting)
• Tool stats (some legit had like 1/1 durability)

TODO :

• Fix this weird casting recipe issue that has been floating around for a long time
• Fix mining levels and ore gen
