Hotfix -> disabled Distant Horizons & Better Statistics server side

Aged Lite & Aged are now compatible with each other.

Backup your world, some items will be gone after this update.

Fixed:

• Enabled 3D Ladders by default
• Readded vanilla arrow crafting instead of fletching table // server crash - thx to @Dan
• Enchanting Table crash (hopefully) - removed changed restriction // server crash - thx to @Wenzelony
• Lowered camera movement factors & strength

• Reworked some of the lets do levelz restrictions
• Made structure copper_spire rare to find
• some levelz text
• Removed unclear / useless entity restrictions
• Stone shears from farming 7 to 5
• Increased coal ore generation
• Decreased iron ore generation
