Full rework of the modpack for 1.21.3.
First 1.21.1 release. Updated all the mods and dependencies. You will need java 22 to make c2me to work
Added some mods that were in the 1.21 version of the modpack

Removed fast ip ping. I tought it was better than Server Pinger Fixer but it makes the thing slower.

- Added ViaFabricPlus (be careful using it because some servers can ban you because of it.)
